Who doesn’t want to have a chiropractic website that’s cool? As chiropractors we are proud of our businesses, and we want to show that we are the best in town.
As important as it is to have a cool website, you also have to make sure your website is a useful piece of your overall marketing system. The majority of chiropractic office websites are failing their owners. While they may be in love with the look of their site, they are not generating any new patients.
As a master marketer I want to see that I’m getting a good ROI. That the dollars I put into marketing are coming back to me possibly 5x greater than they went out. If I’m not seeing a return then I’m going in the wrong direction.
Does Cool Matter?
As a business owner I don’t really care if I like the look of my website. Generally I love my website, but I’d be fine with an ugly website if it were producing business for me. As a chiropractic website owner I believe you need to have the same stance. You should like your website, but your focus should be on everything that can be done to make it produce.
